Tania joined the River Parkway Trust in 2024 as a Community Programs Director. Raised in Madera California, she comes from humble and hard working farming family. Before joining the River Parkway Trust, Tania worked as an educator, where she built relationships with local school districts and other resources in the valley. As a valley native, Tania understands the needs of our local communities as well as our youth, and is committed to connecting them to the beautiful San Joaquin River. Tania earned her Bachelors Degree in Spanish from Fresno State and a Master’s Degree in School Counseling from National University. In her free time, you will find her at our local farmer’s markets sharing her family’s harvest or on an outdoors adventure with her husband and daughter.
