After 12 years as a River Camper, Katie Kincaid made the jump to seasonal camp staff in 2008. Over 7 seasons her role changed from River Camp Counselor to Young Explorer/Junior Leader Program Director, and finally to River Camp at Scout Island Director in 2012. After 6 years as Director, Katie was brought on as a regular River Parkway Trust staff member in 2018 as a Programs Assistant. After spending just shy of 4 years in this roll and her continued leadership at River Camp, Katie was promoted in 2022 to Director of River Camp Programs for the River Parkway Trust. When not on the San Joaquin, Katie can be found with her two large dogs and niece exploring local environments, reading spooky novels, or crafting.
