As a former River Camp Adventurer, Ruby is excited to return as a camp counselor and continue the tradition of bringing awareness to the beauty and importance of the San Joaquin River. Since last attending River Camp, Ruby graduated from Career Technical Education Charter and Fresno City College with an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis on manufacturing. She is currently enrolled at Fresno Pacific University to pursue her Bachelor’s in Psychology to support her future career as a school psychologist. Ruby has treasured her experience working with children with diverse backgrounds and looks forward to offering a warm, welcoming environment to all campers. She loves walking and biking while listening to her favorite tunes. She’s ready to make a splash during water time this summer! Ruby likes to collect rocks, gemstones, and minerals and can’t wait to rock the kids’ world with geology facts!
