Carina has been with the River Parkway Trust since the summer of 2020. Carina is currently the Lead Youth Parkway Ambassadors Facilitator, where she works with high school students, teaching them about the local environment and how to educate youth on the wonders of the river. For the second season in a row, Carina is excited to lead our River Camp Voagers around Sycamore Island, teaching them valuable outdoor and leadership skills. Carina was born and raised in Madera, Ca, and received a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration at Fresno State. Her goal is to help people enjoy the outdoors and learn how our actions impact the natural environment and local ecosystem. Carina has a passion for exploring, learning something new every day, and dancing like nobody is watching. She looks forward to new opportunities with the River Parkway Trust and feels privileged to be part of an organization that has a positive impact on the local environment and community.
