Long Forgotten

Long Forgotten is an energetic old-time string band hailing from Fresno, California. Infusing a vibrant mix of old-time, bluegrass, honky-tonk, and country melodies, this dynamic trio crafts a mesmerizing musical journey with their tight two-and-three-part harmonies and traditional instrumentation.
Nick Kennedy (clawhammer banjo, acoustic guitar, and vocals) brings a wealth of experience from his time with Old Tire Swingers, having performed in over 300 shows across 40 states and seven countries on top of countless hours of street performance. Jackie Bootstraps (mandolin, fiddle, acoustic guitar, and vocals) has also graced streets and stages across the US and England with Old Tire Swingers. Patrick O'Brien (upright bass and vocals) is a talented and experienced electric bassist who is now applying his musical prowess to the upright bass and Long Forgotten's rich sound. Beyond their old-time roots, Long Forgotten's members have a rock 'n' roll past and present, adding a dynamic edge to their performances. Currently, they are all also part of the renowned Fresno punk band, Tower Rats. Together, Long Forgotten weaves a captivating narrative of modern and traditional Western music, igniting a passion for the next generation of music enthusiasts.
