Overview
Capacity:
250 guests maximum including event personnel.
Hours of Operation:
The River Center is a shared public venue. While the space is shared, your designated hours are reserved for your use. Renters and vendors may access the facilities at the contracted hours and according to the following:
Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm (shared) -- Exclusive use is permitted after 5 pm.
Sat-Sun, 8 am - 3 pm (shared) -- Exclusive use is permitted after 3 pm.
One-Event-Policy
Your event takes priority within reserved time slots. No double bookings.
Rental Time Frame:
Full Day: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
Hourly: To Be Determined Based on Event Details.
All events must end by 10 pm, clean-up/tear-down must be completed by 11 pm (or at which time your rental may expire). The rental time frame includes your set-up and take-down/clean-up time. All rental equipment must be removed on the night of the event. Prior-day setup and/or following-day take-down is not permitted. No exceptions to these time frame policies are allowed.
Note: The rental time begins when the first service person arrives and ends when the trash is disposed of and the final person exits the site. Be sure to plan adequate time for your designated team to clean up at the end of the event. Events may not extend past 11 pm. Please be considerate by adhering to your scheduled access times.
Non-Contracted Hours: If renters are still onsite for any reason after 11 pm, an additional charge of double the standard hourly rate for Barn & Grounds will be due in full hourly increments, plus additional security fees, if applicable.

Exclusions
While these services are not available for direct rental, we offer a curated selection of trusted vendors who can expertly tailor solutions to meet your specific needs.
- Equipment - Tables, chairs, linens, decorative lighting, and additional services are not included.
- Full-Service Packages - are unavailable.
- Wi-Fi is not provided.
- Storage - Personal equipment storage is not permitted.
- Event Planning & Coordination - We recommend hiring an event coordinator for a smooth experience.
Security Guards & Post Venue Cleaning Services: Security services and pre/post-event cleaning are provided by third-party contractors. These services are included in the overall fees but managed independently from our offerings.
The barn includes large ceiling fans to acclimate your space. (Please note the barn is considered an outdoor space is not cooled or heated.)
Winter: In the event of inclement weather, portable heaters/ electrical and flamed contained heaters are permitted. The recommendation is 6+ depending on your guests' count.
Summer: Portable coolers are allowed and recommended to acclimate the space.

- Access to the fully-furnished luxurious and Historic Riverview Ranch House is available for an additional fee.

River Center is proud to support nonprofit organizations by offering a 50% discount on facility rental fees for registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
Note: Discount valid Monday - Friday only. Not applicable to weddings or weekend events.

Rental Process
To ensure you are completely prepared, use our checklist and timeline to guide you throughout the rental process. This list applies to all events taking place in the barn and grounds at any time. Renters are welcome to start crossing things off this three-step checklist as soon as they would like. However, all requirements must be met 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
