If you’re in the early stages of planning and considering multiple venues, stop by the River Center on weekends for a casual visit. Our Trustees will show you around the Barn and give you a sense of the space, so you can better envision your event.
Weekend Hours (Saturdays & Sundays): 8 AM – 3 PM (Closed for major holidays)No appointment needed! Drop by during the weekend hours for a relaxed, walk-through experience. If there are no events scheduled, our Trustees will briefly guide you through the Barn and answer general questions you may have (the same information from our website) .

When You Arrive: Look for staff with badges or visit the Leon and Pete Peters Welcome Pavilion (River Center) or Riverview Ranch House for assistance.

Request to Book
We value your time, and our goal is to ensure the venue aligns with your needs before you schedule an official meeting with our Rental Events Manager. Our venue can accommodate up to 250 guests, including event personnel. Please note the following:
- Events must end by 10 PM. - Cleanup and teardown must be completed by 11 PM. - Prior-day setup and following-day takedown are not allowed. These timeframes are strictly enforced. - All requests for either virtually or in person meetings are by appointment only on select dates and times. - Meetings with our Rental Events Manager do not include venue tours.
To schedule a 30-40 minute meeting with our Rental Events Manager please follow the steps below.
