T’Shaka Toure, MS. President, Toure Environmental Engineering a consulting and engineering firm with offices in Fresno and San Francisco. Specializing in environmental awareness, regulatory permitting, and natural resources management. T’Shaka was the former Chair and interim CEO of the Fresno Metro Black Chamber of Commerce and served on the advisory committee for Caltrans Small Business Council. T’Shaka resides in the Central Valley and enjoys the open space areas that the Parkway offers. T’Shaka joined the River Trust to offer his skill set and cultural diversity to further expand the mission of the Parkway in advocating open space and educating local and regional diverse communities.
