Oscar is currently attending Fresno City College in pursuit of the Paramedic Associate of Science Degree. Oscar enjoys canoeing and kayaking whenever he gets the chance. He also enjoys running while listening to a variety of music genres. Oscar joined the River Parkway Trust because he wants to inform others and aid in the preservation of ecosystems such as the San Joaquin River
