Carina was born and raised in Madera, CA, and received a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Administration at Fresno State. Carina started with the River Parkway Trust in the summer of 2020 as a camp counselor/programs Intern. As the Trust’s Recreation Programs Manager, she oversees various youth/adult outdoor education programs including our river tours program. Her goal is to help people enjoy the outdoors and learn how our actions impact the natural environment and ecosystem. Carina has a passion for exploring, learning something new every day, and dancing like nobody's watching. She enjoys sitting under a tree listening to the sounds of the river with her feet in the water. She looks forward to new adventures with the River Parkway Trust and feels privileged to be part of an organization that has a positive impact on the local environment and community.
