Calling Local Students!
For over 30 years, the River Parkway Trust has been offering exciting, fun, and safe day camp experiences for the Valley’s children at River Camp. The Trust is thrilled to offer River Camp Academy programs through local school district partnerships! Our lively and experienced staff of counselors, head counselors, lifeguards and directors will engage your children in activities that enhance their understanding of, and connection to, the San Joaquin River. Campers will enjoy exploring wildlife habitat, playing games, creating arts and crafts, and building new friendships during their camp experience. 

Ages: 1st through 6th grade

Inclusive Practices

River Camp is a place for children of all abilities. All children deserve the opportunity to learn, play, and thrive in the natural environment at their level. Striving to incorporate inclusive practices organization-wide, Parkway employs Support Counselors at River Camp programs to ensure programming is accessible to all children, ranging from frequent basic check-ins and extra breaks to 1:1 staff support to make certain each child’s needs are met.

Together, we will create a thoughtful, individualized plan for your camper to ensure a successful and enriching experience at River Camp.
