Phanie is able to understand what campers need whether it be that they are homesick, nervous, or experiencing a strong emotion. Campers and Phanie naturally understand each other and she is always someone they can come to be heard and take a break with. She prides herself in knowing exactly what to do to bring a smile to their faces! Phanie has developed the ability to settle arguments, bring others out of their shell, and turn frowns upside down.
