Blue is fluent in "middle schooler". Not only do they understand what a middle schooler needs to have fun, they understand how to support them when they are struggling so that they can succeed and overcome their difficulties while building confidence. Blue can also speak "middle schooler", from Warrior Cats, to Roblox to KPop Demonhunters, Blue knows that connecting with campers is not just being there for them but also asking questions, listening, and showing them that the adults are just as silly, awkward, and weird as they are. All of these components are essential in designing camp culture - camp is where we can let loose and be our weird authentic selves without judgement. All of this is essential in making sure every camper that comes to Rangers has a fantastic experience and continues to grow and develop.
