You may tour the River Center Venue according to the following:
Saturdays and Sundays
Walk-ins Available:
The site is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am – 3 pm. If no rental event is scheduled or taking place, the Trustee (staff) on-site can open the facilities (barn, kitchen, and Riverview Ranch House) for about 15-20 minutes or as necessary. Before your visit, please refer to our online calendar and make sure no event is taking place to avoid any conflict.
No appointment is necessary, walk-ins to see the barn are welcome on weekends only.
Renter (s) are welcome to visit the outdoor spaces during regular business hours on their own, and for their own onsite meetings, but cannot expect to have access to our facilities, meet with the Rental Events Manager, or interact with staff without a scheduled appointment.
Preparing For Your Visit:
Upon your arrival at the River Center, please identify our Trustees (staff) onsite by their badge. You may also direct to the Leon and Pete Peters Welcome Pavilion, or Riverview Ranch House for assistance. Our wonderful Trustees will be located around this area and will be happy to help.
Note: Our Trustees will not answer your rental question or specifics and will only provide basic and general information (the same from our website).
- To discuss specifics, ask questions, or secure your date (complete paperwork and place a deposit), you may contact our Rental Events Manager to set up an official meeting.
- Please reference our request to book form below for your 30-40 minute official meeting with our Rental Events Manager.

By Appointment Only:
All requests for meetings with Rental Events Manager are by appointment only on select dates and times. In-person or virtual meeting are strictly to discuss Rental Agreement specifics, ask questions, and complete paperwork (place a deposit). A venue tour must be completed on a Saturday or Sunday prior to the meeting.
Important: The River Parkway Trust staff will not be able to accommodate drop-in visitors with requests to view rental facilities or discuss rental agreements. Please follow the steps below to book your 30-40 minute official meeting with our Rental Events Manager.

We Required a 24-48 hour notice of scheduling:
- Due to other special events taking place during the week, all visits during regular business hours (Monday – Friday) must be scheduled more than 48 hours in advance and strictly following the assigned time frame. No walk-ins, or last-minute time adjustments.
Request To Book
Your time is valuable and we wish to ensure our venue meets your needs before booking an official meeting. Please note our site capacity is 250 guests maximum including event personnel.
- All events must end by 10 pm, and clean up/ tear down must be completed by 11 pm.
- Prior day setup and/or following day takedown is not permitted.
No exceptions to these time frame policies are allowed.
