Join our very own John Muir (AKA Frank Helling) in the Redwood Canyon of Sequoia National Park for a gentle hike. Enjoy this amazing setting, home to one of the largest stands of redwoods, during wildflower season. With a little exercise under your belt, you will be ready for a gourmet picnic lunch courtesy of Madera's The Vineyard Restaurant.
