Barry Shultz is a master practitioner of traditional American music. He plays fiddle, banjo, guitar and harmonica, and he sings. Much of his large repertoire he has learned from original sources. His playing career spans more than four decades and includes being a regular staff participant at Fiddle Tunes in Port Townsend, Washington, Lark in the Morning in Mendocino and Sweet’s Mill in the Central Sierra. He has lived and played throughout the American West and Northwest and now calls his birthplace Fresno, his home.
