Docnary went to community college in Pasadena and then transferred to UC Davis to earn a B.S. in Ecological Management and Restoration. She moved to Fresno to become a restoration technician for the San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust after the completion of her bachelor's. Her interests lie in enhancing areas to promote native plant communities that will create habitat for wildlife. Through working in the field, doing irrigation maintenance, invasive weed removal, and more she hopes to gain a wide array of skills to continue working in conservation.
