Wilma Tom Hashimoto is the Executive Director for CASA of Fresno and Madera Counties. She has dedicated her career life to positively changing the trajectory of children who are considered at-risk and recognizes that mental health and learning can be augmented by being outside and playing. Wilma is a lifelong resident of Fresno County and has enjoyed the San Joaquin Parkway and Trust for decades. She joined the Board in 2016 to offer her skillsets to assist in the development and expansion of the children’s parkway programs.
